Risks Associated with Copy Trading

• Past Performance is Not Indicative of Future Results: The historical performance of any trader or strategy featured on UniTraderPro is not a guarantee of their future performance. Traders can and do have losing periods.
• Dependence on a Third Party: When you copy a trader, your results are dependent on their decisions. You are accepting the risk that the trader may make poor decisions that result in losses to your account.

Risks Associated with Automated Trading & Webhooks

• Strategy Risk: An automated strategy, whether created by you or a third party, may not perform as expected in live market conditions. Backtested results do not guarantee future profits.
• Technical Risk: The use of automated systems and webhooks is subject to technical failures. This includes, but is not limited to, internet connectivity issues, platform bugs, latency between servers, and broker-side execution problems. Such failures can result in missed trades or unintended executions.
• Slippage: Slippage is the difference between the expected price of a trade and the price at which the trade is actually executed. This can occur during periods of high volatility, causing you to get a less favorable price than intended.

No Financial Advice

UniTraderPro is a technology provider and does not offer financial, investment, or trading advice. All content, tools, and signals provided on the platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Any decisions to place trades are your own, and you are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with the use of our services.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all trades executed in your account. It is your responsibility to monitor your positions, manage your risk, and understand the functionality of the UniTraderPro platform and your broker's platform. We strongly advise you to seek advice from an independent and suitably licensed financial advisor before engaging in any trading activity.

2. Software License Agreement & Disclaimer

By clicking on the "I agree" button "You" (meaning you personally or the company you represent and on whose behalf you are fully authorized to enter into this agreement) are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this license agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement click the "cancel" button and the download/installation process will not continue. If these terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, UniTraderPro hereby grants you (and only you) a limited personal non-sublicensable, non-transferable, royalty-free, fully revocable, nonexclusive license to use internally the software that you are about to download/install ("Software") only in accordance with this Agreement and the Company documentation that accompanies the Software and without any modification other than modifications provided directly from the Company.

You may not (and agree not to and not authorize or enable others to) directly or indirectly: (a) copy, distribute, or otherwise use for the benefit of a third party the Software; (b) disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software; or (c) remove any proprietary notices from the Software. You understand that UniTraderPro may modify or discontinue offering the Software at any time. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that no other license or other right under any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, or other proprietary right of UniTraderPro or any third party is granted or implied by this Agreement.

This Agreement does not entitle you to any support, upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the Software (collectively "Support"). Any such Support for the Software that may be made available by UniTraderPro shall become part of the Software and subject to this Agreement.

You may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein at any time by destroying or removing from all computers, networks, and storage media all copies of the Software. UniTraderPro may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein at any time for any reason. Upon receiving notice of termination from UniTraderPro, you will destroy or remove from all computers, networks, and storage media all copies of the Software.

You shall comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions, and regulations in connection with your use of the Software and will not export or re-export the Software in violation thereof. This Agreement is personal to you and you shall not assign or transfer the Agreement or the Software to any third party under any circumstances; UniTraderPro may assign or transfer this Agreement without consent. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Serbia without any conflicts of law provisions thereof.

3. General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and UniTraderPro ("Company" "we" "us" or "our") regarding your access to and use of the UniTraderPro website in addition to any other media form channel mobile website or application related linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively the "Site").
